PackageTrakr is published by Bird Rock Trading LLC. Pages carry the PackageTrakr byline, which stands for the site as a whole rather than a single named writer. See the byline page.
What we are not
We are not a carrier, a marketplace, or a retailer, and we are not affiliated with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon or any other shipping company. We can't look up, locate, reroute or refund a shipment. For a specific parcel, contact the carrier or the seller you bought from.
How the site is funded
PackageTrakr is paid for by advertising and affiliate relationships. Many pages on the site are advertisements, and each of those says so at the top. How that works, and how we handle corrections, is in our editorial policy.
